SHOE CITY reserves the right to add signature confirmation on any packages we ship. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery and postal service delays as a result of this service.
Hawaii and Alaska standard shipping $19.95, and expedited 21.95
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Standard domestic shipping takes about 4~9 business days. If you are on the west coast of the UNITED STATES it is half as long.
Q: Can I pick up?
A: No
Q: What should I do if I get a defective, mislabeled or miss-shipped product (purchased/gifted from your website)?
A: Please, immediately, send a photo of the said defect, mislabeled or miss-shipped item to us for immediate inspection, as your satisfaction is of great importance to us. We do not consider the damage caused by normal/excessive wear or staining of the product(s) to be defects. Additionally, unless expressly stated as a description of the product, they are not water and stain repellant. Any treatment (water or stain repelling) done to the boots voids our warranty and defect replacement policy. Replacement of defective product(s) is a one-time courtesy. Any additional concerns must be addressed to the manufacturer.
Our retail website provides a thirty (30) day policy (beginning upon your receipt of the shoes) on any of the product(s), you would need to contact the manufacturer for anything outside of that time frame; no exceptions.
